Booking your first visit

It takes about three minutes online. Here's what to have ready and what to expect when you arrive.

Before you start

Have your dog's rabies certificate nearby

The booking form asks for the rabies expiration date, so keep the certificate or a photo of it handy. It's on the paperwork from your vet — if you can't find it, your vet's office can email a copy the same day.

Please also bring the certificate to your first appointment. New Jersey requires proof of rabies vaccination, and we can't groom without it.

Choose your service
Pick the service, then your dog's size. If you're not sure which service fits — or your dog is a doodle, a puppy, or a cat — start with Signature Full Groom and call us. We'll adjust it before your visit at no cost.
Pick a day and time
Available slots show in the calendar. If your dog does better early, quiet, or on a weekday, choose accordingly — and tell us, so we can keep booking that way.
Add your dog's details
Name, breed, age, and the rabies expiration date from the certificate.
If the date field won't open on your phone, try again from a computer, or call us at the shop and we'll book it for you in a minute.
Confirm and pay the deposit
A deposit holds your slot and comes off your total at checkout. Wait for the confirmation screen, then check your email — if no confirmation arrives within a few minutes, your booking didn't go through. Call us before trying again so you're not charged twice.
